Everyday Edit | University edition

Hey Blogletts,
So now being an official university student makeup is having to take a back seat, in application and in purchasing.

Freshers week is a toughy for trying to clamber out of bed the next morning so my makeup has been simple and quick, whilst trying to brighten my face as much as possible.

First of all base.

For a base, I have been using the Garnier BB cream for oily skin applying with my fingers. This is great for giving a quick cover for those imperfections you can't be bothered with at 9am.

Then if there are any stand out issues, I have been using the Maybelline fit me concealer and to illuminate those dark circles Collection illuminating touch.

To set it all I use the Rimmel stay matte powder, which I have a love hate relationship with, but at the moment it is seeming to keep me matte all day.

Then for a bit of colour, I sweep on Stila convertible colour in Petunia, a bright creamy pink. I also find the sheen on this illuminates the face slightly, giving a dewy finish.

For eyes, I have been sweeping on this light champagne colour from No7.

Then applying lashings of Bourjois volume clubbing mascara.

So that is what I have been wearing on my face day to day for university, this look is also easy to transfer from day to night, so leave a comment below if you would like to see how I transform this look into a clubbing/going out look.

What are your everyday staples?
Bye for now xx
